Amy Levine-Hammer, ASID, CID has over ten years of experience in both residential and commercial interiors. Since earning a Certificate in Interior & Environmental Design from UCLA, she has worked in all facets of the design industry, from working in textile showrooms at the Pacific Design Center and space planning and project management for furniture dealers to interior design for a boutique design firm specializing in large corporate clientele. Amy Levine Interior Design was founded in 2001 and specializes in space planning, selection and specification of furniture and finishes, and project management. Amy’s forte is not only in determining a client's needs, but also in creating interiors that intermingle both personal style and creativity, while adhering to budget considerations. Projects range from one single room to an entire home or office. Amy is involved in all stages of design, from concept development and programming to supervising construction and installation. Her vision, sharp listening skills, and keen eye for details coincide to make her client's dreams a reality. Amy was recently featured on Home & Garden Television’s Designers’ Challenge. As one of three designers who presented ideas to the homeowner, Amy was chosen by the client to complete a master bathroom remodel (as seen on this website). She created a space plan (the former room was completely demolished), selected all of the finishes and fixtures, and worked with the general contractor to oversee the project. The end result was a luxurious master bathroom that was both functional and elegant. |
